Free US shipping on orders $50 and over. All other rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order total.

Priority and expedited options apply to transit only β€” they don't reduce the 4–7 day handcrafting period. If you need your order faster end-to-end,


02 Β· Processing Time

Every case is handcrafted to order, which takes 4–7 business days before it ships. We hand-apply each charm and decoration so the finished case is genuinely one of a kind.


03 Β· Delivery Estimates

These transit times are in addition to the processing time above. Rural US addresses may add 1–2 business days.

04 Β· International & Customs

We ship worldwide. Import duties and taxes are set by your country's customs authority and are the buyer's responsibility β€” they're separate from your shipping cost and paid directly to customs or the carrier on delivery. Original customs fees are non-refundable.

Tracking sometimes pauses for several days while a package clears customs. That's normal. If a package is held longer than expected, contact your local customs office with your tracking number β€” they can tell you exactly what's needed.


05 Β· Tracking & Carriers

You'll receive a tracking number within 24 hours of shipment. Allow another 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear.

International: USPS International First Class, DHL Express (express orders)

Need to update your delivery address? Submit a ticket through our contact page within 24 hours of placing your order β€” changes can't be made once your case has shipped.


06 Β· Lost, Late, or Damaged

If your package is late or never arrives, submit a ticket through our contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date. For damage, submit within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We'll file a claim and send a replacement at no cost.
